World Public Library - eBooks - This website is "a global coordinated effort to preserve and disseminate classic works of literature, serials, bibliographies, dictionaries, encyclopedias and other reference works in a number of languages and countries around the world." Note: There is a section of this site that offers free access to over 25,000 titles. To see all titles available there is a yearly fee.
