If you are having trouble using "FIND ARTICLES" or the e-books and the LRC is open according to the hours posted on the right, call the Circulation Desk at 850-729-5318 to activate your borrower ID card or get a temporary number that you can use all semester.
Where do I get more help?
- Call reference desk during open hours - 850-729-5395.
- Either use the statewide Ask-a-librarian chat service OR send an email to Ask-A-Librarian at Northwest Florida State College to get immediate help.
- Utilize the "How do I?" page at the LRC website.
- When the LRC is closed you will have the opportunity to use a Temporary Access Request Form. The form is not available when the LRC is open so please call 850-729-5318 for assistance if you need help getting a temporary Borrower ID number.
