Reference by Appointment

Niceville Campus

The Learning Resource Center (LRC) staff is always available at the reference desk during normal LRC hours to answer your questions and  Ask-A-Librarian is a great option for quick answers to short questions by chat, text, or email.

If you would like one-on-one assistance, we are happy to schedule an appointment with you to help with research and using LRC collections, databases, and other services.   This is a free service offered by LRC librarians to NWFSC students (Niceville campus).  To schedule an appointment, please complete the following form:

Appointments are available Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please indicate three different dates and times when you are available to meet with librarians. Allow 2-5 days between the time of request and desired appointment times.

  Please be specific and include: 1) assignment type: project, paper, or presentation 2) focal points: time period, demographics, country, etc. 3) type of information needed: statistics journal articles, books, etc.
       
         
We will reply by email as quickly as possible with an appointment confirmation.  Other than weekends or holidays, we should be able to schedule an appointment with you within two to five days, so please plan ahead to allow time to meet with us, complete your research and finish your project.
